In this class, we focus on being present and understanding that celebrating the small things that we can do each and every day can encourage being in a state of gratitude. Ultimately, this is how we will accomplish our bigger goals--by focusing on the smaller, more manageable moments, events, and things.
The practice will feature grounding poses such as cat/cow and chair pose, some balance poses like figure-4 or standing pigeon pose, and hip openers like low lunge.
