Gamer Yoga

Press pause on the chaos and power up your real-life stats with Gamer Yoga—a class designed especially for gamers of all kinds! Whether you’re grinding in an MMO, surviving battle royales, or deep in a tabletop campaign, this session is built to help you reset, recharge, and boost your performance both in-game and off.

We’ll focus on:

✨ Neck and wrist stretches to counter hours at a desk or console

✨ Hip and lower back relief for long play sessions

✨ Breathwork for better focus and calm under pressure

✨ Gentle strength and mobility to improve posture and stamina
