I’m Pita, and my yoga journey began in 2001—an era of transformation that rooted me deeply into my body, mind, and spirit in ways I never imagined possible. Yoga became more than a practice; it became a lifeline, especially through life’s biggest transitions.
I completed my RYT-200 in 2015, my yin yoga certification in 2019, and most recently, my E-RYT 200 and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider designation. Over the years, I’ve embraced the dance between strength and softness, guiding students through both challenge and restoration. My teaching style blends spiritual connection, creative sequencing, and playful inspiration.
But what matters most is this: yoga helped me through grief, heartbreak, and the reinventions of perimenopause. Now, I help others move through these seasons of change with dignity, strength, and a sense of coming home to themselves.

At Pita Yoga, I believe yoga is more than just movement—it’s a bridge that unites body, mind, and soul. My mission is to help women in perimenopause and life transitions feel steady, strong, and supported through:
• Small, welcoming classes designed for every body.
• A 12-week Yoga for Perimenopause & Life Transitions program, blending gentle movement, chair-based options, and short home practices.
• Personalized guidance that honors your lived experience and reminds you that you are enough, exactly as you are.
Whether you join me in an energetic flow or a nourishing yin practice, my goal is always the same: to help you return to yourself—balanced, refreshed, and empowered.
“Yoga bridges that which is not separate—the body, the mind, and the soul.” – Pita
